This long weekend has probably been filled with yummy goodies for most of us on the Western hemisphere. What if the ingredients are masterfully juxtaposed on a plate to become too beautiful to eat? Some creative foodies, like Lauren Purnell, designed a series of food art plates named "Culinary Canvas" utilizing all kinds of fruit, veggies and herbs. The result is certainly an eye candy!
